Consultancy services for the elaboration of the methodology for the use of simplified costs during 2021-2027 programming period and provision of assistance in the negotiation process with the representatives of the European Commission for the development of 2021-2027 SE ROP. In order to participate in the public procurement, the technical and financial offer will be submitted according to the provisions of the attached Terms of Reference, until 14th of June 2021 to the e-mail address: achizitii@adrse.ro . Moreover, there will be submitted within the deadline, the following documents: - the proof of the company registration issued by the competent bodies in the country of residence, stating that the company is legally constituted. - the proof of providing, in the last 5 years, within a maximum of 3 contracts, similar services with a cumulative value of at least 134.000 RON (27.238 EUR) without VAT (copies of relevant parts of the contract/recommendations/primary/final finding document/any other documents issued or signed by a beneficiary confirming the services provided
